Shipping Policy

We aim to process and deliver all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our estimated processing and delivery times below.

Standard Shipping

Orders placed using Standard Shipping are processed within 2–3 business days.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, delivery usually takes approximately 8–10 business days.

The total estimated time from placing your order to receiving it is therefore approximately 10–13 business days.

Express Shipping

Orders placed with Express Shipping before our 12:00 PM cut-off time will be processed and dispatched on the same business day.

Express orders placed after 12:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once dispatched, Express Shipping orders are normally delivered within 3–4 business days.

Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days only. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information, where available.

Delivery Delays

All delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including:

• Public holidays

• Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses

• Customs or import clearance delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or incorrect information provided by the customer.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping details.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with household members, neighbours, your building reception, and the shipping carrier before contacting us.
