The size is not correct is showing 45-46 and fizykcli is smaller

2 years. That's how long these lasted me working 10 hour days in a warehouse 5 days a week. Yeah they look destroyed but they STILL have cushion. The orange fabric wore through where my heel strikes but the actual massage nodes underneath are still intact. I've gone through Dr Scholls every 3 months. Just ordered my second pair of these. Best money I ever spent on my feet.

Fits perfect in my work boots. Trimmed the toe end slightly and it lays completely flat, no bunching. First full shift with zero heel pain by hour 8. That hasn't happened in years.

My physio said stop buying soft gel insoles and get something with real structure. These are firm but not uncomfortable. You can feel the nodes through the fabric. Slipped them in my sneakers this morning, so far so good.

They press into your arch and heel as you walk which honestly looked gimmicky in the photos but two weeks in and my morning heel pain is basically gone.
